10Tacle Studios Belgium was born out of the purchase of Elsewhere Entertainment by the development group 10Tacle Studios AG in 2005. Elsewhere Entertainment was established in 2001 by Yves Grolet, the co-founder of former Appeal.

Based in Charleroi Belgium, the core of the studio’s team members have developed the hit title OUTCAST
at Appeal.
